Livestock Warranty

Normal Aquatics will not be held responsible for the death of livestock and/or damage to the aquarium/equipment due to customer negligence, intentional wrong-doing, or (natural) disaster.

Introduction of any livestock that is not purchased through Normal Aquatics LLC shall void the livestock warranty from that date forward.

Livestock purchased from Normal Aquatics will carry a 14 day warranty from the time it is introduced to the aquarium, so long as Normal Aquatics is servicing the aquarium.

Butterflyfish
Mandarin/Dragonets
Leopard Wrasses
Seahorses/Pipefish
Select Angels
Select Tangs

Credit on Credit Orders will be given on purchases as a percentage. The value of the credit will be determined by the cash percentage of the order. I.E: a $100 order using $30 Credit will give a 70% credit value towards any DOA claims.

All Livestock, dead or alive, is to be paid for. Dead Livestock will be replaced with livestock of equal value the following month (or when requested).
